HAUL is a strength-training app with an AI coach. We collect only what we need to log your training and coach you well — nothing for sale.
What we collect
- Account — name, email, and authentication details when you create an account.
- Training data — workouts, sets, weights, reps, RPE, routines, body measurements, and notes you enter.
- Usage — app interactions and diagnostics used to keep the app stable.
How we use it
- To log your sessions and show your history and progress.
- To power your coach, Vale — diagnosing sessions and proposing your next ones.
- To sync your data across your devices.
AI processing
Coaching features send relevant training data to a third-party AI provider (Google Gemini) to generate Vale's reads and proposals. This data is processed to produce your coaching output and is not used to train third-party models.
Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers that run the app (hosting, authentication, the AI provider above), under agreements that limit their use to operating HAUL.
Your rights
You can access, export, correct, or delete your data at any time. To delete your account and associated data, see Account deletion. For any request, email privacy@haul.fit.
Retention
We keep your data while your account is active. When you delete your account, we remove your personal data within 30 days, except where law requires us to retain limited records.
