You can delete your HAUL account and all associated data at any time. Here's how.
Delete from the app
- Open HAUL and go to the Profile tab.
- Open Settings → Account.
- Tap Delete account and confirm.
Your account is deactivated immediately and removal completes within 30 days.
Prefer email?
Send a deletion request from your account email to privacy@haul.fit with the subject "Delete my HAUL account." We'll verify and process it within 30 days.
What gets deleted
- Your profile and account credentials.
- All training data — workouts, sets, routines, body measurements, notes, and coaching history with Vale.
- Associated analytics tied to your account.
What we may retain
We retain only limited records where law requires (for example, billing records for tax purposes). These are kept no longer than legally necessary and are not used for any other purpose.
